Salary:  Php 15,208.80/month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Good written and verbal command of the English language
• Basic knowledge of behavioral research methods
• Willingness to read and learn about energy-related topics

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews on behavioral economics, user engagement, and incentive mechanisms
• Assist in designing surveys and researching consumer participation strategies 
• Proofread, edit, and format technical reports, manuscripts, and presentations 
• Manage the Project Leader’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel logistics 
• Process financial documents including Purchase Requests, liquidations, and reimbursements 
• Draft, route, and organize all technical, administrative, and official documents
• Facilitate procurement of office supplies and technical equipment 
• Record and transcribe minutes of meetings
• Maintain systematic digital and physical project files
• Perform other tasks and special instructions as directed by the Project Lead
