Consumption Management System (ECMS) in the Mindanao State University
– Iligan Institute of Technology (91吃瓜-IIT)

Duration: 9 months
Salary: Php 15,208.80/month
Tentative

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Information
Technology,
Computer Applications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency
in Web Development, preferably as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Basic
knowledge of Database Management for the creation of the building energy
database.
- Familiarity
with data visualization tools or libraries.
- Understanding
of basic electrical parameters (Watts, kWh, Power Ratings).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct a
comprehensive campus-wide physical inventory of energy-consuming devices,
coordinating with college deans and department heads to log technical
specifications and usage patterns.
- Assist in the
design and implementation of the ECMS web-based platform, including the
development of modules for data acquisition, real-time monitoring, and
energy analytics.
- Assist in the
collection of energy consumption data using a sensor connected to the web
platform.
- Prepare and
organize regular quarterly and technical reports.
- Assist in the
analysis of collected data and the drafting of a high-quality manuscript
for submission to Scopus-indexed journals and presentation at relevant
conferences.
- Perform other
research and administrative tasks as may be assigned by the Project
Leader.
